FLOW FUSION YOGA: UNWIND, RESET & ENERGIZE This dynamic yet gentle class is designed to help you unwind and reenergize. A series of choreographed stretches, breath driven movements, and playful encounters with an array of beneficial props, lets you explore your potential and move toward increased balance, mobility, renewed energy and relaxation. With occasional music to set the vibe, the series offers enjoyable and liberating posture sequences and fluid, re-energizing movement to improve balance, flexibility, foster renewal and increase vitality. Recommended prerequisite is the ability to stand up from/get down to the floor-mat without props. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file.
