This program is for anyone outside of required area of Sunset Food Bank. These spots are temporary and participants can be removed without notice. Participants residing outside the Sunset neighbourhood, and not in proximity to downtown, UBC, or the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, are eligible to attend this program provided they hold a valid Leisure Access Pass. Rules: Please understand that items may be reduced or added based on daily supply and demand. Once hampers are distributed, no changes can be made. Substitutions are only made for dietary restrictions and will be within the same food group (e.g., pasta substituted for bread). A valid Leisure Access Pass is required to attend the food bank. Without one, service may be denied. You must live in the Sunset Neighbourhood, unless prior approval has been given by the supervisor. Only one hamper per household is allowed (a household is defined as a family or group of people living together). Hampers cannot be picked up by friends while you are on vacation. If you miss four (4) consecutive weeks, you may be removed from the list and will need to reapply. If you're away due to a medical reason or vacation, please notify the supervisor or email: sunset.foodbank@vancouver.ca
