Not all plants belong where they grow. In this hands-on workshop, participants discover how invasive species reshape our local ecosystems - crowding out local plants, disrupting food webs, and altering the health of our waterways. Through interactive stations featuring real plant specimens, root system comparisons, and environmental models, participants will learn to identify invasive species, understand their impact on local environments, and discover how responsible recreation can help protect the places we share.
