About this program
Step into the world of Korean culinary heritage with this interactive workshop where you’ll learn to make two fruit cheongs (청) — traditional fermented syrups created by layering your choice of fruits with sugar or honey. Once your cheongs are prepared, the workshop shifts into a tasting session. You’ll sample refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail drinks made with cheong, and discover how these versatile syrups can be used. Bring two 1L glass mason jars to store your cheongs in.
