Many of the pilates movements are similar to yoga plus stimulating the flow of Chi from the Dantian (core) in benefiting a full body workout. Flexibility and balance will improve over a period of consistent practices. Focusing on the strength and controlling each movement is the key to this class. It's suitable for beginners and having fun in giving yourself a healthier body! Drop-in $3.50, if space permits.
