Gentle Method JJ offers beginner-friendly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults interested in self-defence, physical fitness, functional mobility and a puzzle-like stress reliever. Professor Steve and Coach Leona bring their unique background in fitness training and over 7+ years of experience in jiu jitsu adhering to all learning needs and levels. Gi/belt kimono uniform can be purchased but not required. Class is adapted to fit students with and without the kimono
