Gentle Method JJ offers beginner-friendly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children with age-specific programming that builds confidence, discipline, and self-defence skills with positional techniques and light sparring games. Professor Steve and Coach Leona bring their unique background in psychological behaviour intervention and fitness training, adhering to all learning needs and levels. Gi/belt kimono uniform can be purchased but not required. Class is adapted to fit students with and without the kimono
