This 90-minute journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Arrival, Noble Silence & Meditate/Journaling - 15 mins Gentle Somatic Yin Flow - 35 mins Sound Bath - 35 mins Integration - 5 mins We begin in noble silence with optional journaling and meditation, allowing the busyness of the day to settle. From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle somatic yin practice rooted in the art of yielding, releasing effort, trusting gravity, and finding support in the earth beneath you. As the body unwinds, you’ll be invited into a crystal singing bowl sound bath, where resonant tones create a landscape for deep rest, reflection, and inner listening. Together, movement, stillness, and sound create a space where nothing is required of you except to receive. Bring a journal if you’d like to write during arrival. Everything else is already here waiting for you. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome; all drop-ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card.
