About this program

Program is open to all, female identifying and nonbinary youth to participate in a variety of instructional activities with information and support to make healthy choices in life. Weekly instructional activities such as baking, cooking, out -trips, workshops and much more. The groups focus is to empower young females with topics that matter to them around, healthy eating, relationships, emotional health, transitioning to high school, and staying positive. This program is based on trust, inclusion, and having fun! R egistration and consent forms are required.
