Join our annual festive fitness fiesta! A small group of your usual instructors will team up for a hi/lo cardio class and light muscle conditioning, all to your favourite Christmas tunes. Following the one-hour class, continue to the Lily Lee Spirit Studio from 10:20-11:20 a.m. for Christmas treats and merry-making. Registration for the class includes the social. A Harvest Project collection box will be set-up in the Lily Lee Spirit Room for donations of non-perishable food items, or gently used adults’ clothing items.
