Strengthen your muscles, bones and mental outlook with this early-start functional training and mobility class. Incorporate dynamic movement into proven resistance exercises to improve mobility and balance. Expand your range of motion and learn the difference between mobility and flexibility firsthand. Expect to use dumbbells, balls, bands and other resistance equipment in intervals and other structured formats. The class is designed for individuals in generally good health who can bear weight on their hands and move up and down from the floor with ease.
