Want to learn more about Port Moody’s natural environment? Lead by Environment & Parks Staff, Guided Forest Walks will take you on a tour through Port Moody Parks and Trails. This walk follows the trail that loops around Sasamat lake. Topics covered during the walk include forestry, native and invasive species, and freshwater ecosystems. Age 8 and up welcome; registration required. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. This is a 2 hour walk. Please note that there is only paid parking at this location. Walking Difficulty: Moderate. Meeting Spot: In front of White Pine Beach Bathrooms.
