Step into a weekly calming, guided sound bath designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. In each session, you’ll be immersed in sounds created with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, shruti boxes and bells. Gentle guidance will allow you to settle in and support your sound experience for deep relaxation and mental clarity. No experience is needed—simply come as you are. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or curious about meditation, this is a space to pause, rest, and experience a different kind of stillness. Drop-in $29 (space permitting)
