Gymnastics Lessons: Gymnastics for Everyone *Adaptive*

About this program

Gymnastics for Everyone is an adaptive gymnastics program for children aged 6–12. The class focuses on having fun, building confidence, and staying active while developing basic gymnastics skills and physical literacy in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed. Participants who are unable to take part independently must be supported by a parent/guardian or provide a support worker during the class. This class is a structured format with no free time available. If your child uses mobility aids please contact us to see if this program is right for you.
