About this program

Designed for all levels, this wellness-focused program integrates mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm. We’ll explore a variety of progressive Hatha Yoga sequences that build confidence, deepen body awareness, and support a sustainable practice. Regular sessions help reduce stress, improve focus and sleep, regulate the nervous system, and promote lasting physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment. Drop-in $18, if space available. No class Sept 30 and Nov 11.
