About this program
A multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention of falls and fall-related injuries. Participants will have a fall risk assessment as well as a one on one consult with various health professionals, Kinesiologist/Pharmacist/Physiotherapist, for 45 minutes, totaling two hours.
