Wellness Workshops is a new health education series, held monthly. Navigating Dementia Care at Home Practical Strategies for Supporting a Loved One with Dementia This session provides caregivers and families with practical tools to better understand dementia, manage communication and behavioural changes, and create a safe, supportive home environment.
