Wellness Workshops is a new health education series, held monthly. Understanding and Supporting Urinary Health as We Age This session explores common urinary health concerns in older adults, including UTIs, incontinence, and bladder changes associated with aging. Participants will learn practical strategies to maintain bladder health, recognize warning signs, and support comfort, dignity, and independence. Presented by Rachelle Sunga a Community Health Nurse Manager from Right at Home
