About this program

Improve cardiovascular and metabolic health in these social and supportive sessions led by certified exercise professionals. Individually-paced workouts are creating for the treadmill, other cardiovascular machines and light resistance apparatus. This unique program supports life-long physical activity by transitioning from a medical to community-based fitness program after cardiovascular surgery. Suitable for those with heart-health risk factors who have been recommended to exercise by a health care professional. Medical screening/referral required.
