This isn’t your typical yoga class! With fun, upbeat music to elevate the energy, you’ll link breath and movement in a series of poses, transitioning from one posture to the next. This continuous flow encourages you to release thoughts, focus on the experience of movement, and embrace the present moment. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
