Hip Hop Dance: Senior Long-Term

About this program

An upbeat and enjoyable introduction to recreational hip hop dance. Musicality and self-expression are encouraged while hip hop, breakdancing, jazz and funk techniques are explored. Class includes warm-ups, body isolations and the development of a choreographed dance routine. Classes culminate in a performance at Michael J. Fox Theatre. Instructor: Kevin Mand Extra fees for recital ($15.00) and costume ($30.00). Payment plan option (via credit card payments) available: 50% of payment due at time of registration, 25% due on Dec 15, and 25% due on Mar 15. Refund/Withdrawal Policy: To give City of Burnaby long-term Fine Arts students ample time to determine if a year-long commitment is right for them, students in long-term programs can attend 4 classes without being charged the 10% refund fee. If you withdraw during this period, you will be charged for each class you attend. There are no refunds AFTER the start of the 5th class.
