Hockey Lessons: Adult Hockey Skills and Drills Drop-in (Wed)

About this program

This adult co-ed program offers hockey specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play. Fitness and general conditioning will also be developed. This class is great for those wanting to improve their game and get extra ice time. Goalies play for free. Full gear is required. This is a one-day, drop-in lesson. These drop-in lessons coincide with our regular hockey lesson programs. Full gear, including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required. Rental helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost.
