About this program

This adult co-ed program offers hockey specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play. Fitness and general conditioning will also be developed. This class is great for those wanting to improve their game and get extra ice time. CSA approved Full gear , including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required. Rental helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost. Please Note: No lessons on 30 September 2026 (Truth and Reconciliation Day) and 11 November 2026 (Remembrance Day)
