A seasonal baking workshop built around three contrasting techniques: Winter Squash & Ginger Galette Carrot Mini Cakes with Maple Cream Cheese Cranberry–Orange Shortbread Participants explore pastry, cake and shortbread techniques in one workshop and leave with a selection of holiday baking.
