Join Reiki Master Shehbaz for guided meditations and rejuvenating energy experiences designed to nurture your soul and awaken a deep sense of peace, joy, and vitality. You’ll be invited to sit comfortably in a chair or lie down on a provided yoga mat as soothing music plays in the background. No prior experience is needed. This class does not include healing touch and does not certify you as a Reiki practitioner—it’s simply a space for rest, renewal, and gentle self-discovery.
