About this program

This intermediate level class is designed for knitters and crocheters who want to deepen their technical skills while working on a garment of their choice. Participants may choose to make a sweater or hat from a selection of modern and traditional patterns. No Class Nov 2 Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided. Each session blends structured instruction with hands on support. Students learn how to source patterns, read and interpret instructions, check gauge, shape fabric, and troubleshoot common issues. The class also explores improvisation and creative decision making by modifying patterns to adding unique textures, colors, or design elements. Participants are encouraged to work on their projects at home between sessions and bring in progress pieces to class for guidance, problem solving, and technique demonstrations. The studio environment is collaborative and supportive, making space for both technical growth and artistic exploration. This Class is perfect for anyone that wants to build confidence in garment construction and understanding pattern terminology. Students leave with a completed garment, stronger pattern literacy, and the skills to confidently tackle future knit or crochet projects.
