Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing you to engage in a social activity. Line dancing is exactly what its name implies: people dancing in lines to music. Its choreographed dances with a repeating series of steps. Basic line dances focus on movements of the legs and feet, and some of arms and hands. Its easy to learn. Come to join us! Drop in $8 (space permitting).
