No programming 30 September & 11 November Join Rec staff for this outdoor-based after-school program where kids explore the wonders of nature through games, activities, building projects, and unstructured play. Each week offers something new, encouraging children to connect with nature while having a lot of fun. Families should be aware that this program can be quite challenging for some - participants are outdoors 100% of the time, regardless of weather, and the program follows a play-based philosophy that includes supported risk-taking. Those looking for a slightly gentler program should try our new program Into the Woods. This program will run weekly rain or shine, please dress for the weather.
