Intro to Pilates is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Pilates. Learn fundamental exercises that build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance body awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment. This class is led by instructor trainees completing their practicum hours as part of their Pilates certification journey. Participants will enjoy a safe, educational experience while helping future instructors gain valuable hands-on teaching experience and confidence in leading classes.
