About this program

Discover the fundamentals of plein air drawing in this introductory outdoor workshop. Participants will learn basic observational drawing and sketching techniques using a watercolour marker and water collected from Noons Creek while exploring and capturing the surrounding landscape. No experience is necessary, and all supplies will be provided. Classes are led by Christy Dunsmore, an art instructor based in Port Moody. This event will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather. Christy is a Port Moody artist, writer and fine arts instructor and strives to bring joy to people through art exploration, storytelling and humour.
