This beginner-friendly program is designed to help participants build the skills, strength and confidence to start running safely. You’ll learn proper running technique, pacing, warm-up and cool-down routines, injury prevention and goal setting. Whether you're aiming to run your first 5K or simply want to improve your fitness, this course offers a supportive environment to help you succeed. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
