Gain the confidence to exercise on your own by learning the basics of exercise techniques, program design and weight room etiquette. You will use and become familiar with various cardiovascular and weight-training machines and each participant will leave with a complete workout program. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
