About this program

This weight training class is for those wanting introduction to basic weight training while learning proper form, technique, and understanding the body and different muscle groups used during an exercise. 6 students maximum. PAR-Q and consent form must be completed before participation. Forms are on our website at https://falsecreekcc.ca/schedules-forms/ or at the front desk. Program fee includes admission to the fitness centre. Registration only. No drop-ins.
