Introduction to Yoga

About this program

Learn to move through basic yoga poses safely while the instructor demonstrates and helps modify and correct your poses. You’ll build strength, flexibility, mental clarity and the confidence to join our regular yoga classes. Yoga mat is provided. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
