You may not have an Italian Nonna, but now you can learn to make pasta like one! In this small hands-on class, cook, artisan pasta maker, and actor Peter Ciuffa of Pasta Boy Peter will provide all the ingredients, equipment, and knowledge needed for you to learn. Guests will make the classic Southern Italian vegetarian pastas of Orecchiette, Cavatelli, and Capunti without a rolling machine. Peter will also teach a surprising traditional creamless cream sauce, and he'll prepare everyone's pasta family style for dinner.
