You may not have an Italian Mamma, but now you can learn to make pasta like one! In this hands-on class artisan pasta maker Peter Ciuffa of Pasta Boy Peter Inc. provides all the ingredients, equipment & knowledge so that you can learn to make his Family's recipes with the children you love. You will all learn to make the classic Southern Italian vegan pastas, Orecchiette & Cavatelli, without a roller. Afterwards, Peter will teach you a sauce, you'll sample his dish & go home with the pasta you just made.
