In this demonstration class Peter will teach you to make the Trinity of Roman Sauces; Creamy Carbonara, savoury Amatriciana and cheesy Cacio e Pepe. You will eat each sauce tossed with a specific Bronze extruded pasta to match, and hot off the stove.
