About this program

This class is specifically designed for individuals preparing for or recovering from knee, hip, or shoulder joint replacement surgery. Our fitness staff will provide continuous support and supervision as you progress through your exercise program. The class is held on Tuesday and Thursday from 1-2pm in our Rehab Room at Harry Jerome, which is closed to the public during sessions to ensure you have access to the exercise equipment.
