Indulge in the joy of dance in our adult drop-in style class. Each session includes a guided warm-up followed by fresh choreography in rotating genres of dance to challenge your body and mind. Rotating styles of dance include anything from ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, and much more. Beginner-friendly and performance-focused, this class is designed to inspire confidence, build foundational dance skills, and keep you moving in a new way each class. No dance experience necessary.
