Karate techniques combined with boxing skills with an emphasis on stance, posture and traditional values. Benefit from increased self-discipline, self-defence, fitness and fun. Please see receipt for important information. A Karate uniform is mandatory and can order through the instructor at the end of the first class (approximately $45).
