About this program

Our classical karate program teaches self-defence, confidence, discipline, and physical fitness with focus on self-improvement mentally, physically, and spiritually for all ages and fitness levels. Beginners and experienced martial artists are always welcome. No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable, athletic clothes (long pants and t-shirt is ideal). No karate uniform required for beginners.
