About this program

Traditional Japan Go-Ju Ryu karate taught by 7th Dan Shihan George Chan (over 35 years teaching experience) and his Team of Black Belt Instructors. This program improves focus and self-discipline. Class starts with warm up and stretching exercises. Self defense techniques and katas (forms of movements). No contact, controlled sparring. Beginners are welcome.
