An introduction to Japanese GoJu Ryu karate for girls 9-15. Learn strikes, kicks, and blocks, self-defence, and the graceful art of kata (forms). Gain self-confidence in a friendly, supportive environment. Participants should dress in comfortable clothes suitable for exercise. Each participant should bring a water bottle and a healthy, high-energy snack to keep hydrated and fueled throughout the day.
