If your are grieving and wondering why life feels so different, this course offers a compassionate introduction the grief process. You’ll learn what grief really is, how it affects your mind, body and emotions, as well as practical ways to navigate the difficult days. No prior knowledge or experience is needed, just a willingness to begin where you are. This program is taught by Barbara Friesen, an MA Grief Coach and Certified Grief Educator.
