About this program

Your child learns about healthy snacks, kitchen and food safety and gets hands-on cooking experience using child-friendly recipes. Children must be the required age within one month of the program start date, ready to attend on their own and able to use the toilet independently. Dress comfortably, bring a small nutritious snack, and please do not bring nut products in your snacks. We are cooking and eating in this program. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let the supervisor know at least one week before the program starts.
