About this program

This energetic program introduces young children to the exciting world of gymnastics through games, obstacle courses, and creative movement activities. Participants will build balance, coordination, strength, and confidence while learning basic gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive, and playful environment. Children must be required age within one month of the program start date, ready to attend on their own and be able to use the toilet independently. Dress comfortably in clothes that your child can easily move around in. Bring a water bottle with your child’s name on it. For safety, children should participate barefoot, in ballet slippers, or wearing non-slip grip socks.
