Open to adults, 12+. Cours de francais: French for Beginners – Year 3 (A2 Level) In this term, we will explore the A2 level of French, focusing on practical themes such as housing, travel, work, and health. Grammar topics will include relative pronouns, making comparisons, expressing cause and consequence, and using indirect object pronouns (COI). In terms of verbs, we will study verbs with prepositions, the imperfect tense, the simple future, the conditional, and the subjunctive. Important prerequisite: To join this class, you must already be comfortable with the present tense, the imperative and the passé composé of most verbs (including regular, irregular, reflexive, and movement verbs). You should also be able to discuss everyday topics such as talking about yourself, your city, hobbies, schedule, shopping, family, food, and housing. Au plaisir de vous revoir!
