About this program

Let's Dance for fun and fitness! Learn short choreographed dance routines in a relaxed setting led by Glenna Wong. Dances include a wide variety of dance styles to contemporary and world music. Dances based on choreography by Gayl DeCoursey. Class starts with a thorough warm-up and ends with mat cool down and stretching. All levels welcomed. Drop-ins space permitting $8.75. No class Oct 1.
