Improve lifeguarding success with this high-energy non-certification lifeguard training program. Train to meet physical standards, practice lifeguard situations, sharpen rescue techniques and master lifesaving skills, water rescues and first aid. Whistle and personal pocket mask required in each session. Pre-requisite: Bronze Cross.
