Lift and redirect your opponent onto the mat as you improve your skills in this family-friendly environment. Beginners are welcome. Taught by our highly experienced instructor Sensei Fardin Aghaei. Extra fees are payable to the instructor for uniforms and testing. Please Note: Make up class will be held on 20th June 2026 for no class held on 28th June 2026 (Instructor unavailable).
